A: Every Rose LLC

Q: Tell us a little bit about your organization and its mission.

A: Every Rose LLC was started to provide psychiatric medication management services to individuals who want a provider who will partner with them, take the time to listen to their feedback and concerns, and collaborate with the rest of their healthcare team whether it be their therapist or their primary care provider. The mission is to provide the type of mental healthcare that everyone deserves. Clients deserve to feel heard, empowered, and educated while taking an active role in their care, not rushed through an appointment and provided with a prescription they have to search on Google to know anything about.

Q: Who is a good fit for Every Rose LLC?

A: Every Rose LLC primarily services children and teenagers, but adults are welcome as well. We treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, behavioral disorders, and ADHD. Anyone who is struggling with their mental health and motivated to make positive changes and participate in their care is a great fit for Every Rose LLC.

Q: What's your favorite part about your job?

A: My favorite part about my job is when someone comes in to an appointment and says, "I finally feel like myself again!" It's so important to recognize that we all, deep down, just want to feel like our true selves.

Q: What do you wish people knew about medication and mental health?

A: I wish people understood that being diagnosed with a mental illness, taking medication for your mental health, or struggling with your mental health is NORMAL and that it's OKAY! I wish people knew that so many people in their lives or that they come into contact with on a regular basis are likely to have had struggles similar to theirs. We have to end the stigma - there's no need to feel ashamed, we are all imperfect human beings and sharing our experiences makes us stronger. There is strength in vulnerability, and vulnerability allows for connection.

A: Every Rose LLC is unique because you will never spend your day sitting in a waiting room only to be rushed through a 10 minute appointment. You'll have a provider who's accessible and ready and willing to answer questions about your treatment.
