Day 1: Building the Foundation

Day 2: Deepening the Connection


  • Morning: Reflecting on personal and relational insights, addressing Core Negative Images (CNIs), and developing strategies to counteract them.

  • Afternoon: Learning and practicing the five winning strategies for a healthy relationship, including advocating for yourself, speaking to make things better, listening to understand, responding with generosity, and cherishing what you have.
